Outer Wheelhouse Welded In

I need to practice welding a little more I think. I've been researching ways of controlling the output of my cheesy Harbor Freight MIG welder since it has very few adjustments. I ran into a reference about some guy putting the negative clamp jaws on a chain and the chain to the car. If you want less heat... just put the jaws farther down the chain. Basically add more links between it and the car. WORKED GREAT!!!!! I made a lot less holes through the thin sheetmetal.
